Slowly by slowly I am revealing the photos that were taken during the 50th Salone del Mobile in Milano 2011 April :)
For sure blue and yellow ruled the color palette this year... and hopefuly soon our home as well.
They've even painted the metal structure of the booth blue and yellow! :)
To tell you a secret - I'm painting EVERYTHING blue and yellow nowadays!
There is a huge trend now that lamps, chandeliers, pendants are made of nothing else, but the naked bulbs.
You can call it puritan, used garbage, or just simply ugly... I think these are amazing!
I am a huge fan of online shopping, so of course I made some cool purcases this week also.

Although the it has finished last week, I am still in the 'Salone mood':) ... feel inspired, filled up, energized and alive. If I could share this feeling with everybody...

On the -1 day of Salone del Mobile everything is still quiet and calm, but somehow you can feel that something is up in the air. :)
I took a quick stroll all over the 'centro di Milano' and although I didn't have my camera with me, I made some photos with my phone.
In 2 hours I'm off to Milan for the fantastic Salone del Mobile - 2011 Design Week/ Festival/ Crazyness...
